This 2-day immersive program moves participants from content-focused presenters to audience-focused persuaders. Built around Lumina 3Sixty's CRAFT framework and grounded in Aristotle's rhetoric, cognitive load theory, and deliberate practice research, participants learn to channel nerves into focus, structure an argument for a specific decision-maker, design slides that support rather than replace them, and refine their delivery through recorded and coached practice. They leave having delivered a final presentation under structured peer feedback, with a personal plan for their next real presentation.
